Clear expectations make better circles.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Nuzaya website or joining early access, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or register.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.

3. Accounts and verification

You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting access credentials. Nuzaya may require phone, identity, age or photo checks based on product mode and risk. Verification improves confidence but does not guarantee a person’s identity, intentions or conduct.

4. Circles and matching

Nuzaya may use category, intention, language, active hours, communication preferences, age comfort, gender comfort, country, time zone and broad location to form circles. A match, circle size, timing, gender balance, response or outcome is not guaranteed. Waitlisting is preferable to forcing an unsuitable match.

5. Invitations and referrals

Social-circle invitations are controlled by capacity, compatibility and safety rules. Links may be single-use, expire and require full onboarding and verification. A referral does not guarantee placement. Direct invitations into an existing Love & Dating circle are prohibited.

6. Consent and private communication

Group interaction comes first. A private conversation opens only after a request is accepted. Romantic requests must not originate from non-dating circles. Consent may be withdrawn, and either person may block or report.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, pressure, stalk or discriminate against another person.
• Engage in sexual misconduct, coercion, deception, impersonation or non-consensual sharing.
• Solicit money, promote scams, manipulate others or misuse payment information.
• Share illegal, infringing, pirated, hateful, violent or exploitative content.
• Attempt to evade blocks, verification, moderation, capacity rules or access restrictions.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the service or another member’s information.

8. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nuzaya a limited licence to host, process, display and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to share it.

9. Safety and moderation

Nuzaya may review reports, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. Moderation cannot prevent every harmful interaction. Use judgement, protect personal information and contact emergency services when immediate danger exists.

10. Product boundaries

Nuzaya does not organise events, book travel, collect trip funds, provide medical or therapeutic guidance, guarantee employment outcomes or operate a paid expert marketplace. Peer discussion is not professional advice.

11. Early access and changes

Pre-release features may change, pause, contain errors or be discontinued. Nuzaya may modify categories, matching cadence, eligibility, limits and availability as the product is tested.

12. Paid services

Any future paid plan will have clear pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Essential safety capabilities will not require payment.

13. Intellectual property

Nuzaya’s brand, software, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for permitted personal use, no rights are granted without written permission.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nuzaya and request account deletion. Nuzaya may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, misuse or material breach, subject to any applicable appeal process.

15. Availability

The website and early-access registration are offered as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a match, an invitation or a particular product launch date.

16. Future product terms

These terms apply to the current website and early access. Additional terms for app accounts, paid plans or protected dating features will be shown before those features become available.
